Our 2024 training schedule is:

  • February 5, 2024, 6-7:30pm: Required virtual orientation
  • February 10 & 11: In-studio study and practice
  • February 24 & 25: In-studio study and practice
  • March 9 & 19: In-studio study and practice
  • March 23 & 24: In-studio study and practice
  • April 6 & 7: In-studio study and practice
  • April 25 – May 5 : 8 day intensive

All in-studio study/practice and intensive days are 8am-5pm.

Requirements to train and study with the AYC:

  • No prior experience is required, we can train you from day one!
  • The ability to commit to the study over the full period of time. You may miss a maximum of 2 days of training.
  • You are not required to be at peak physical fitness, yoga is not about that! But, you will be required to go from seated to various movement throughout the day. We have trained numerous students with various mobility concerns so please contact us if you have questions. We are here to help and guide you!
  • Full payment is required before the start of the study period. Payment plans are available.
