Today I’ve had to share in the lesson of letting go. Not allowing myself to get caught up in the attachment of having to be perfect and suffering as a result. That’s why today, our Yoga Inspiration is short and sweet.
Are you holding on to something that is causing your suffering? If so, even if only for a few breaths… Let. It. Go. Even if that something is your practice. Yoga will always be there for you when you return.
